When I started this journey about 14 years ago, I never imagined the magnitude of what God wanted me to do or where God was taking me. Now I have accepted the call that He has placed on my life. The one thing I have realized is that in spite of our race, gender, class or circumstance, and even our differences, God truly loves each and every one of us and within that love; there is a beautiful light deep down within us.
The GODS KIDZ experience will be one that provides us a path to spread hope, joy and understanding for children to see the goodness and the light that shines within them. It has become an experience that is designed to really bring out the best that God has instilled in each and every one of us. Whatever challenges, programs, projects or events that are created as a part of this experience, the message is clear. They are all designed to recognize something that is apparent to each and every one of us. GOD is GOOD and that goodness is the light and it has a divine need to shine for the entire world to see.
We all have goodness within ourselves. It is the salt used as a seasoning that adds the spice to allow us to bring out the goodness in ourselves and to help others see their light. Let’s give to one of our most precious gifts-our children. We can help them reveal the goodness that is in them so their light to shine in the world. We have another opportunity to strive to be a beacon to our children and to help them to be the best people that God knows we are.
