Tax Policy 

We work with schools and private organizations throughout the United States and are required by laws to collect applicable state and local sales taxes. In addition, some states require tax on shipping and handling charges. 

Since our online sales are made directly to the end consumer, we are unable to use special exemptions for schools, student and parent groups, or other nonprofit organizations in each state. 

The actual taxes charged when making an online purchase will reflect all applicable state and local taxes at the time your order is shipped. If your state or local government changes their sales tax rate between the time we receive your order and the time we ship your order, you may see a small difference on your credit card. 

Sales and Use Tax

God’s Kidz charges sales tax for product shipped into Maryland unless a valid Exemption Certificate is provided. Gods Kidz does not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, a purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. A purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details on how to file these returns may be found at the websites of applicable taxing authorities. The states where this may be imposed are Colorado, Kentucky, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Vermont. The current sales tax in Maryland is 6.00%

Standard Shipping Costs

There will be a standard shipping cost of $8.00 for all orders less than $59.00 Pre Tax Total and above $59.00 standard shipping is FREE!

Shipping Times

The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Premium" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: orders being shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited.

Shipping Methods

We currently use UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States postal Service) for our shipping options. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package. All standard shipping will be delivered UPS Ground.

Standard Return Policy

All sales are final. We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@gods-kidz.com.

Bandana Boi LLC may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘saleable’ condition within 30 days or purchase.  The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from Bandana Boi LLC to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.
